- The CEO has delegated to the Branch Managers and the Managers of each department the communication and implementation of protective measures.
- In accordance with the laws and the regulations regarding the pandemic, Morakot commits to protect all parties and to remain dedicated to serving its customers.
- The Management Team remains closely informed of the situation and close to staff, their families and our customers. The team pays special attention to the Credit Officers, who are in close contact with their customers, to understand potential issues they may face due to C0VID-19.
- Social distancing measures and self-protection (hand washing and the wearing of masks) are clearly implemented in all circumstances.
- Dedicated credit responses have been implemented.
- Loan assessment: There is business continuity as long as the regulations authorize it.
- Loan disbursement and repayment: Social distancing measures have been implemented. Clients may visit the branch in accordance with the current laws.
- Loan collection: Measures require following-up with the village Chief to avoid late payments and losses.
